How to get additional information about the item?
A letter to info@tovargo.com asking for more iformation about certain item if you need more than is described in the item card. Subject line should include item number.
How are the refunds made?
When returning goods paid online, the funds are returned to the buyer on the card with which the payment was made. If it is impossible to return funds to the card with which the payment was made, the return of funds is carried out to the details.
Refund terms
Refunds are made within 10 business days.
If the order is made by mistake how can it be cancelled?
